Brian Keene is a well-respected business leader and accomplished home builder. Before founding KHI Lafayette, Brian Keene graduated from Tri-State University with a B.S. in Accounting and began his career in construction immediately estimating, pricing and managing residential and commercial developments in Lafayette, Kokomo and the Indianapolis area.
As a husband and father, Brian chose Lafayette as his family home and launched Keene Homes Inc. A numbers guy, Brian possesses a rare ability to manage budgets, crews, and deadlines as well as he does to create a vision for beautiful and functional design. His responsiveness to the wants and needs of buyers is reflected in every completed home and by the constant referrals from our satisfied homeowners.
He remains active in ensuring the longevity and quality of our community, serving at times as President of the Builders Association of Greater Lafayette; State Director for the Indiana Builders Association; and committee member for the Tippecanoe County Land Development Committee and the Strategic Planning Team. Brian holds Graduate Master Builder (GMB) and Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) designations from the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB).
Kristy Wozniak is our sales and customer service manager. With more than 25 years experience in residential home building, it is her knowledge, creativity and fine attention to detail that truly makes a house a home for our clients. Kristy is a master of balancing wants, needs, and desires with time and budgets to make sure everything flows smoothly. It’s Kristy who will walk step-by-step with you to create the home you want and the function you demand…offering up sometimes little, sometimes big, ideas and suggestions you’ll appreciate for years to come. Kristy has served as the President of “BAGL” Builders Association of Greater Lafayette since 2018.
